Heritage Square South isn’t just another Las Vegas subdivision to me. It’s one of the communities I have followed closely for years.

As a REALTOR® specializing in Southeast Las Vegas townhomes, I’ve toured many Heritage Square South homes and regularly use HSS sales as comparable properties when analyzing values in neighboring Braewood Heritage.

The two communities were built by the same builder around the same time and share many similar floor plans, home sizes and community features. Heritage Square South is a large Southeast Las Vegas townhome community in 89121 that is comprised of 510 homes. Built in the 1970’s, the community features mature landscaping, loads of lush trees, several parks and grassy areas, a clubhouse, 3 community pools, tennis courts, two half basketball courts, and an RV parking area. The community also has rental restrictions and is currently capped at its maximum rental capacity.  The 1 and 2-story units feature high walls with private patio/courtyards and range from 2-4 bedrooms depending on the floor plan.
