I’m a born-and-raised Las Vegas native, REALTOR® licensed since 2005, and – most importantly for this website – a Braewood Heritage Square resident since 2011.

My husband, Mike, and I have raised our family here, and we’ve experienced Braewood not just as homeowners, but as neighbors. We know what makes this community special: the mature trees and green spaces, the pools and recreation areas, the friendly neighborhood atmosphere, and the unique character of the townhomes that make Braewood Heritage Square unlike many other communities in the Las Vegas Valley.

I’ve been helping Las Vegas buyers and sellers navigate real estate since 2005 and have handled hundreds of transactions, including traditional sales, purchases, new construction, REO and bank-owned properties, short sales and complex negotiations. Over the years, I’ve developed a particular expertise in townhome communities throughout Southeast Las Vegas and Henderson, with Braewood Heritage Square being especially close to home – literally.

Because I live here, I understand that selling a home in Braewood isn’t simply about putting a property on the MLS. Buyers want to know about the different areas of the community, floor plans, updates, HOA considerations, amenities, surrounding neighborhoods and what makes one home a better value than another. Sellers need someone who understands how buyers view these homes and how to position a property against the competition.

That’s why I created BraewoodHeritageSquare.com: to provide a resource specifically for our community and to help current and future residents better understand the neighborhood and its real estate market.

My real estate background includes extensive experience in marketing, pricing and negotiation. I hold the SRS, PSA, RENE and CDPE® designations/certifications and utilize professional photography, Matterport 3D tours, floor plan renderings, digital marketing and strategic pricing when marketing homes for sale.

But after all these years, the part of real estate I value most is still the people. I love helping neighbors sell their homes, helping new families find their place in Braewood, and being a resource for people who simply have a question about the neighborhood or the local real estate market.
